Challenge
BridgePort offers a new, previously unseen solution for institutional crypto trading. As the company was still in an early stage, the innovative product existed before a defined brand identity. We were tasked with developing the brand identity and visual design system to properly position BridgePort within the crypto space. At the same time, the product needed to be communicated in a way that is accessible to potential clients and investors.
Solution
The core idea was to visualize the connection BridgePort creates between parties — risk-free, from custodian to exchange, in real time. Across different shapes, bridges emerge. Spaces are connected. New formations arise. These principles are reflected in the logo and the overall visual language. A technocratic, extended logotype signals the digital nature of the brand. The primary brand orange stands out against a set of muted secondary colors.
Impact
The new brand identity positioned BridgePort clearly within the digital landscape of crypto trading. The overall appearance remains credible and established enough to operate on equal footing with banks and exchanges. Equipped with the new branding, BridgePort successfully entered multiple funding rounds. Today, the leadership team regularly participates in industry expert panels, with the brand also being represented at major conferences and trade shows.
Learnings
It is essential to deeply understand what a company does and what its product or service actually is. Only through that understanding do unique characteristics become visible that can sharpen the brand identity and reveal what is missing in the competitive landscape.
